DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS SHOP. Tried to return a 2nd hand mobile phone my elderly dad bought which did not work. It had no box or instructions.He took it back twice. In the end I took it back to get a refund which they point blank refused. Only offering exchange or credit note. I didn't want a refund as I bought the exact same phone from Argos £10 cheaper and brand new. I quoted the SALE OF FAULTY GOODS ACT but the salesman just said no refund. My advice is to go through the Trading Standards and log a complaint. They are very helpful and helping me with the process. Don't be fobbed off. You are entitled to a refund if goods are faulty

Took my Xperia Z 1 in to fix a cracked screen, would have had it back the same day but there was an issue with the touch screen not working. Nevertheless they got the part in for the next day and it cost me £70 total. Great service and would highly recommend considering a larger phone repair company down the road did not have the part in stock to begin with, plus would not be able to get the screen repaired for several days.

Very pleased with this service. My son's I-phone 4 would not charge and I found this shop to be helpful, professional, friendly and they fixed the phone at a reasonable rate. I would use them again and highly recommend them too.

Don't buy phones from here they are rude, ignorant and are just worried about pound notes. Bought a £200 phone that kept cutting out and wouldn't charge had to take it bk 3 times and they wanted me to pay to get it fixed!!!
Defiantly would not recommend this place!
Everytime I took my phone back there someone else was complaining about their phone..

been to everywhere to fix my phone no one can identified the problem. at last i went to exchange point plus they fix my phone in 30 min time and charges was reasonable. love to go back to exchange point plus for any more phone problem. Really recommend this for everyone.

Manager and Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with advice and guidance, offering their knowledge free of charge and giving many options for help with fixing broken phones, or purchasing the best of the range new devices at extremely competitive prices. Good local business.

Really shocking customer service! They are rude, unprofessional and basically don't care.

I was promised 3 days maximum to unlock my phone and so I went with them over other phone shops but it ended up taking over a week. They basically lied to me as once it's processing you can't do anything about it. The amount of times they said 'end of tomorrow madam we promise', for it to be the next day and then the next day after that. When I demanded a refund they said they couldn't because 'their manager wasn't in' which is bull. So I thought I'd write them a review in exchange.

They are rude liars and make up ridiculous excuses and aren't sorry when things go wrong. They tried to get rid of me while they worked out why it was taking so long (but I am certain it was because they forgot to set up the process of unlcoking) but I refused to leave until I knew what was going on. Whilst I was waiting in the shop for them another customer came in, a young girl, saying the wire she bought off them the day before wasn't working properly and its connection was temperamental, and they refused to swap it for her and laughed at her once she had left.

I would 100% NOT recommend this store, go to the one on the top floor of the St Nicolas shopping centre, they are brilliant and helped me super fast after this problem.

This shop is shocking. I took my phone in to get my screen fixed and they broke my speaker meaning I can barely hear anyone when they phone me. Even though they did this I still had to pay the £60 for the screen. Three weeks later the screen has come off so I went back and asked for a refund (with my receipt) and they refused. I turned over the receipt and saw their refund terms which only allow you 5 working days to get a refund. They also said they would charge me another £60 if I wanted them to fix it, again. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I now have more problems with my phone after their "service" than before. Do not go there.

Do not buy a phone there!!! I had to swap mine 3 times until I got a refund! On the first one had no signal the second one was jail broken and I could not install any apps and the third one was very slow and a downgrade. I bought an iPhone 3GS and the third time they gave me a iphone 3G.

Worst phone repair shop I ever had to deal with. I had my iPhone 5 screen repaired by this shop 6 months ago for £70, but it was so poor quality that it broke whitin days. The shop owner argued that it wasn't a genuine iPhone screen and not guaranteed. Therefore he offered to replace the screen with a genuine Apple iPhone 5 one for £90 and a 6 month guaranty, which I agreed. Few days later I noticed a fault in the top part of the screen and went back to the shop. They refused to fix or change the screen and accused me of having pressed the screen too hard or sat on it! Their lack of proper arguments ended with the "you-have-to-leave-my-shop" speech. I didn't and they started trying to push me aggressively. All that was a very very bad experience and I will never deal with this kind of shop for my phones repairs. The sign "pay peanuts get monkeys" should be shown in that shop. STAY AWAY, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS.

Yahoooo done my laptop screeen while i wait and reasonable pricee....It was nice n brillant experience... Conditions explained clearly and gave lots information regarding my phone. Upto my experience they are the best n experienced people around sutton... I really wish them gud luck and recommend to my friends n family

Dont not use this shop. They have had my phone since tuesday 11th June 2013. Was told would only take 1hr to repair water damage. Go back get told to come back in 2 days as the motherboard needs repairing. Come back in 2days to find they have sent my phone off to have the motherboard repair without asking me and to come back in 4days. Went back on the monday and got told phone is still not there come back next day, next day I phoned and phone still was not back but was assured would be back on weds and would be fixed. I then go back in on weds and my phone is doing exactly the same as it was when I brought it in to then be told they need to change the screen and would be ready in 2days time yet again. So friday I phone and get told oh no its not here its at our warehouse being repaired give me one more day come get it sat. So here we are Sat 22nd June 2013 and go into get it only to be told that my phone is there and they needed to put it together give us 20 mins. Come back its a completely different colour because they supposedly changed the housing cause of the water damage and now I need to come back in 3hrs as they need to a system update. So 3hrs later I come back and got seen by another man who works there and says oh thats not ur phone its still at my warehouse to which I said I want my phone 2day and my money back and got told come back 10am on sunday. So warning do not use if u ever wanna see ur phone again
