This shop is shocking. I took my phone in to get my screen fixed and they broke my speaker meaning I can barely hear anyone when they phone me. Even though they did this I still had to pay the £60 for the screen. Three weeks later the screen has come off so I went back and asked for a refund (with my receipt) and they refused. I turned over the receipt and saw their refund terms which only allow you 5 working days to get a refund. They also said they would charge me another £60 if I wanted them to fix it, again. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I now have more problems with my phone after their "service" than before. Do not go there.
