DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS SHOP. Tried to return a 2nd hand mobile phone my elderly dad bought which did not work. It had no box or instructions.He took it back twice. In the end I took it back to get a refund which they point blank refused. Only offering exchange or credit note. I didn't want a refund as I bought the exact same phone from Argos £10 cheaper and brand new. I quoted the SALE OF FAULTY GOODS ACT but the salesman just said no refund. My advice is to go through the Trading Standards and log a complaint. They are very helpful and helping me with the process. Don't be fobbed off. You are entitled to a refund if goods are faulty
