My brother was seriously ill in 2004 and rushed into the Bud Flanagan suites. The care and loving attention he recieved over the next 11 years has been amazing. The bravery shown by the staff on Monday in coping with a dieing man and a distraught family was beyond our belief. Thank you so much for the care shown, the way you talked us through it and for him to pass in a dignified way was amazing.
