I have not picked the car back up yet but the experience of dealing with Grove was about as far removed from the usual taciturn main dealer service department attitude as you can get. They have kept me informed all the way along about the progress on my vehicle, have gone out of their way to ensure that only necessary work was done (even advising that certain work would not be worth doing to my vehicle given its age..). Its such a refreshing change to come across somebody like that in this day and age. He is even letting me pick up the vehicle out of hours tonight and trusting me to put the cheque through his letterbox - and that is a first for me. I don't normally do these reviews but had to record my appreciation.
