Terrible customer service. The shop owner is very arrogant and denied that he repaired my shoes. If he didn't, why did he remove the nails?! Poor workmanship to the point that my feet bled due to the nails coming through. Overpriced. Please take your shoes elsewhere where your custom would be welcomed! What a let down to Wallington town centre retailers!
