Very good,the cleaning result's was outstanding as was the pressing. Got a red wine stain out of a silk dress which I had taken to a place in london and they did not get it out, but the man there said he will have a go and wow it came out and back like new.I don't live in Sutton but Kinston but worth the journey for my special item's
