Friendly enough staff, very busy as the queue was long. Have used these guys for years and previously they have done a great job, I always leave a tip as the service has always been fantastic..... until today! Today I queue for 30 minutes (not unusual), the inside is cleaned with have of the windows missed, unfortunately until I was driving home I hadn’t noticed it. When I get home and the reason for me to get it cleaned was I was to t-cut put some scratches (not by the car wash). As I got to work I found the tyres had not been cleaned at all, around the wheel arches still had the dirt on that was there before I went to them, and there were patches of swirled dirt on the bonnet and sides. I couldn’t believe they had not seen this before I drove out. A real shame that there seems to be zero quality control there now as all the staff seem to have changed in the last few months since I was there last. I shall not be returning to them. And that is a real shame as loved using them previously.
