this appears to be the car park at Waitrose but why this isnt specified only sutton gov uk can explain. It would be helpful if the council put details of the parking restrictions on here. You get 2 hours free parking but MUST get a ticket from the machine and display it on the dashboard. After 5.30pm(?) there are no restrictions. Not sure about Saturdays. Perhaps Sutton gov uk would like to confirm?
