esterday I booked a cab, the driver said he won’t pick me up from the location I needed because their was traffic going into the supermarket car park, I explained that I’m disabled and use walking aids, have two small children and a trolley that won’t work outside of the shop and I can’t meet him where he wanted so he’d have to come up, over half an hour later I phoned them to see where my cab was and the controller said that I sent him away and refused to meet him at the new pickup point I explained I explained my situation and all he said is I’ll send another car, whilst waiting I decided I didn’t want to give them my money so I rang up and cancelled the cab (I could have got them to come any way and waste their time but I did the right thing) and made other arrangements and that I wanted to make a complaint then he hung up on me!! I rang back another three times and he didn’t answer!
Then today I had a text message from a random number asking me to call so I did, it was the owner who was annoyed by my review, first off he said he’s never spoken to me so I can’t be a regular then he said I should of phoned him so I explained I tried to phone the cab firm a further three times, he then said he needs to get to the bottom of this and I said your staff are really rude to which he said well I don’t know what controller it’s is because I’ve never spoken to you, I tried explain what happened and he wasn’t willing to listen, Refusing to except any responsabilty, it turns out the cab form has been sold recently so I knew the previous owners, I’ve had to block his number! Also blocked the cab office number and the owner phoned me on a third number! I’m Seriously seriously annoyed!!
So in short; rude staff rude owner who doesn’t have any boundaries, I’m NEVER using these people again!!

No star if possible. Very rude incompetent driver. Will never ever use again and suggest no one else does either!

Melville cars are a joke. Was left waiting an hour since ringing them once we touched down on the tarmac as advised when we booked. Driver telling us road closed at Gatwick when we checked google maps.... no road closures. Office fed us 45 mins worth of absolute rubbish!! Then finally get in cab to an incompetent driver with the road knowledge of a newt!!!

Appalling customer service. We have been using Meville for years and have had good service and friendly drivers. I don't know if they have recently changed management but the telephone operator they are now using is extremely rude and abusive to a frightening degree. It is unbelievable that a person like that is allowed to deal with customers. We will never use them again. It is such a shame.

Don't know if it's changed hands in the last few years but it's become appalling.
Iv used for years regularly and they were amazing I could not have faulted the drivers and the telephone staff...... unfortunately the new people running the show are shocking!
Rude, incompetent and lots of lies (we get people get held up stuck in traffic...so be honest) about when and where your driver is.
Also they have some rude drivers too...
"that's your problem" was a comment when they'd driven off after not buzzing to let me k or they were outside
And them airing their opinions on immigrants/race/etc (when not knowing my opinions to that) it's not what I want when i book a service
I'm really disappointed as iv been really impressed before...
They only let themselves down and I shan't be ever using them or promoting them again. It's sad really

Taxis driver and cars are great.
Person in charge for book the taxi and pick the calls extremely rude and should not be in a position to attend people.
