esterday I booked a cab, the driver said he won’t pick me up from the location I needed because their was traffic going into the supermarket car park, I explained that I’m disabled and use walking aids, have two small children and a trolley that won’t work outside of the shop and I can’t meet him where he wanted so he’d have to come up, over half an hour later I phoned them to see where my cab was and the controller said that I sent him away and refused to meet him at the new pickup point I explained I explained my situation and all he said is I’ll send another car, whilst waiting I decided I didn’t want to give them my money so I rang up and cancelled the cab (I could have got them to come any way and waste their time but I did the right thing) and made other arrangements and that I wanted to make a complaint then he hung up on me!! I rang back another three times and he didn’t answer!

Then today I had a text message from a random number asking me to call so I did, it was the owner who was annoyed by my review, first off he said he’s never spoken to me so I can’t be a regular then he said I should of phoned him so I explained I tried to phone the cab firm a further three times, he then said he needs to get to the bottom of this and I said your staff are really rude to which he said well I don’t know what controller it’s is because I’ve never spoken to you, I tried explain what happened and he wasn’t willing to listen, Refusing to except any responsabilty, it turns out the cab form has been sold recently so I knew the previous owners, I’ve had to block his number! Also blocked the cab office number and the owner phoned me on a third number! I’m Seriously seriously annoyed!!

So in short; rude staff rude owner who doesn’t have any boundaries, I’m NEVER using these people again!!   10-11-19
