Bought a Samsonite case for Β£195 end August. Used once from 11-19th Sep when the zip burst. I returned the case to the shop on 21st Sep wanting to exercise my consumer right of exchange or refund. I was denied this and told the case had to be sent away. 10 day timescale was given. I have had no proactive contact from Boros and still no case or return of my Β£195 as at 19th Oct. I visited the shop again today (18th Oct) and was told to come back on Monday. This is unacceptable and They have my money. Do not buy from Boros!!
